Since the beginning of the 1980s Emanuele and Antonella have a mission based on quality.
With patience and love, they perform the so called “white art” (baking) with a philosophy of natural simplicity and professionalism.
Their hard work and efforts allowed them to grow day by day and be able to afford a state-of-the-art laboratory, while carefully preserving the artisan production system summed up in one word: “GENUINITY”.
The accurate research of raw materials and their products peculiarity gave the brand “Pregiata Forneria LENTI” the opportunity to become a prestigious signature for leavened cakes and fine bakery pastries. The distinctive quality of most of the production is obtained by baking in a wood-fired oven, paved with clay bricks and chianche (typical stones from Lecce), heated with dried olive brushwood and oak wood from the Murge territory.
Today, Emanuele and Antonella are supported by their three daughters: Mariarosaria, Valentina and Giusy, together with her husband Antonio.
