Masseria Nuova, built in the 18th century, is surrounded by centuries-old olive groves in the Brindisi area.
The farm produces d.o.c. wines, primarily the Primitivo di Manduria, made from old grapes variety grown according to traditional techniques. All the wine is own produced in small quantities and far from commercial logic, limiting the use of chemicals to a minimum. Another leading agricultural production of the farm is the extra virgin olive oil, the generous fruit of the majestic centuries-old olive groves, thousands of which grow on the farm’s land.
Wines, oil, hospitality and catering: all these are key elements of this farm.
