The farm produces table grapes of the Vittoria and Reginone varieties in the countryside of Grottaglie, using organic and regenerative farming techniques, with a total annual production of 400 tonnes.

Azienda Agricola Blasi is the only one in Italy to apply organic and regenerative farming methods and organic farming regulations to table grapes production.

The company is in the process of converting to organic farming and has implemented the natural grassing of the soil, creating an ecosystem whose micro-organisms nourish the plants, together with the bio-fertilizers.

An earthworm farming system and beehives contribute to ensuring biodiversity.

On the farm’s land we can find olive trees, vegetables and other fruit trees such as lemons and apricots.

The vineyards, olive groves and vegetable garden are environmentally friendly cultivations that allow bees, ladybirds and earthworms to live together in a harmonious system, but still focused on food production.
